TiPS (Training for Intervention ProcedureS) stands as the preeminent authority in the education and training of responsible alcohol service, sale, and consumption. Supported by third-party research demonstrating its effectiveness, TiPS offers a skills-based training curriculum aimed at curbing intoxication, preventing underage drinking, and mitigating drunk driving.

While certification may be voluntary in certain states, many jurisdictions mandate TiPS certification for employment in establishments where alcoholic beverages are sold or served.
